Student Learning Outcomes

This page connects my MLIS coursework and professional growth to the Student Learning Outcomes established by the School of Information. These outcomes reflect the knowledge, skills, and professional values developed throughout the program and align with the American Library Association’s core competencies for library and information professionals.

Each learning outcome below is linked to an artifact or artifacts that I believe best demonstrates my progress in that area. Together, these artifacts show how my work across the program has strengthened my understanding of leadership, information services, technology, knowledge organization, research, and the connection between LIS theory and professional practice.
